A serene morning of site photography in and around this beautiful small holding on the Kyles of Bute coast.
Architectural plans provided by the client were modelled in 3D and Photomontages (AVR3) created.
The Photomontages, showing the proposed subdivision and alteration of the traditional farmhouse to create two modest sustainable homes within an existing single dwelling, were included in the Planning application which was successfully approved.
Technical photography was captured and photomontages produced from 20 viewpoint locations as part of the LVIA (Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment) for a proposed 12 turbine wind development in Moray.
The visuals package was produced in full compliance with NatureScot visualisation standards and the application was submitted to the ECU in July 2025.
